PIANO WORKSHOP AT TIGH NA BREAC
We are pleased to announce our 2025 workshops!
The dates this year are 8th - 13th October and 15th - 20th October.

Eight intermediate to advanced participants can experience a unique piano retreat of five nights and
four days of workshops and lessons, culminating in a Participants' Concert on the Sunday evening.
Arrive at Tigh na Breac on the Wednesday afternoon, enjoy a recital by Diane and Juliet that evening,
followed by a welcome dinner. Our Pianists enjoy group and individual lessons with Diane
over the four days, with additional supportive teaching from Juliet Bruce.
During the week we have a professional pianist or a Scottish Music Band play for us and an audience
of friends and neighbours. We work hard to polish our pieces and present them to friends and
neighbours in our Participants Concert on the Sunday evening. Inspired, refreshed, well fed and
happy guests depart from Tigh na Breac on Monday morning after breakfast.
Designed with creativity, beauty and camaraderie as the backdrop, this inspiring workshop will promote
the development of piano performance. Incorporating teaching and performing with tools for
reducing anxiety, we will provide a personalized experience for each player.
